Our experience with Chef Davies and the ilixr team was unparalleled! It was if a 3 Michelin Star establishment descended upon us in the comfort of our own home, equipped with all the accoutrement that would apply to a multicourse meal with wine pairings. I have had the great privilege of dining at Michelin 3 star restaurants around the world, but I can truly say that the meal Chef Davies (Simon) prepared in our home was by far the most special. His spectacular attention to detail made every dish out of this world, but having him present each course made the food accessible. His talent is undeniable, but what I really think makes him stand out is how friendly and accommodating he is. He makes you feel like you have invited a super talented friend over. The fact that he is an internationally acclaimed chef is just the cherry on top! The entire experience is unmatched and I can’t recommend Ilixr more highly!!

Our group had an incredible private dinner experience thanks to Simon and Ilixr. During the planning phase, Simon's collaborative nature and attention to detail really shone, as he helped us figure out all of the details to create a memorable evening. Dinner itself was remarkable, with excellent and creative food (and cocktail service), seamless service from start to finish, and great conversation. His resume speaks for itself, so we had high expectations, but it was really the personal and unique touch he put on things that were above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone considering!
